On Citizens, Municipalities and Cities

One becomes a subject of H.A.M. the King by taking the Oath of Recognition, either in writing or before an officer authorized to witness such oaths. The regional leaders listed below will, upon request from a person or persons who have already taken the Oath, issue warrants giving such authority; residents of areas not listed should contact His Grace,The Duke of Minhiriath, the Lord Great Steward. Local groups of subjects of six or more can be chartered as municipalities (through their regional leaders) or cities (through the Steward), the difference being that cities generally have more members and are permitted to elect representatives to the biennial Councils-General.
